Tips for Healthy Families in English & Punjabi

Dr. Ripudaman Singh Minhas, Developmental Pediatrician and a group of volunteers from various professional backgrounds are combining their efforts to bring you health care resources in both English and Punjabi in a simple and relatable manner. Our goal is to promote health literacy and equity for the Punjabi community and empower parents and caregivers by sharing clear, relevant and evidence-based information on children and family health, parenting and child development.
