🏙️ Happy National Skyscraper Day! 🏙️

Today, our residents put their creativity to work as they designed and built their very own skyscrapers using toothpicks, regular and mini marshmallows, LEGO, and Dixie cups! There were lots of laughs, creative ideas, and some impressive towers taking shape. 🏗️✨

And later, we took the fun to new heights with some skydiving photos! What a fun-filled day of creativity, adventure, and plenty of smiles! 🪂📸

Today we tried a new game—the Giant Baseball Game—and it was lots of fun! ⚾ The residents who joined us really enjoyed it, and we’re looking forward to everyone getting more familiar with how the game works. We’re also working on getting personalized baseball players in Points West uniforms, which will make the game even more special!

A Busy Day of Fun & Pampering

It was a busy and wonderful day here at Points West Living! We started the morning with a special visit from FARRS and their adorable puppies, followed by dog bingo and some fun facts about our four-legged friends. In the afternoon, we slowed things down with a relaxing mini hand spa, giving everyone a little time to pamper themselves and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation. What a fun-filled day of puppy kisses, laughter, learning, and a little bit of self-care! 🐶💕

Happy International Dog Day! 🐾🐶

What a pawsitively wonderful day we had! FARRS came to visit us for International Dog Day, and our residents were treated to plenty of puppy kisses, warm hugs, wagging tails, and lots of love. There were smiles all around as everyone enjoyed the special furry visitors and the joy they brought with them.

A huge thank you to FARRS for spending time with us and helping make our day extra special. Our hearts—and our faces—were certainly covered in puppy kisses! ❤️🐾

A Sweet Summer Afternoon

Another Successful Month at Sharon’s Boutique

Today was another successful month at Sharon’s Boutique, with many shoppers stopping by to enjoy the wonderful shopping experience. We were especially excited to welcome some new faces this month! Corn Shucking Fun! 🌽

Our corn shucking contest was a great big hit! Everyone rolled up their sleeves and got to work, shucking four dozen ears of delicious Taber corn—and they were certainly fast at it! After all that hard work, everyone enjoyed a sweet treat as a well-deserved reward.

Later in the afternoon, we gathered together to enjoy the fruits of our labour, with plenty of butter and salt on our freshly shucked corn. The Taber corn was absolutely delicious, and the smiles on everyone’s faces said it all!

We had hoped to enjoy the afternoon outside, but when the rain comes, Recreation knows how to make other plans! We may have moved indoors, but that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time together. Rain or shine, we make the fun happen! 🌽😊
