Family problems sometimes become a way of life, but the pattern can be broken.

Communication need not turn into violence.

We can change our actions to better suit our situation.

People are not born angry; they may not know about other options.

We need new ideas and an awareness of the power of self - control.

This program is for you, your partner, your children & most relationships.
