Love Shaklee Lemon-Lime 🍋‍🟩 flavour❤️. They also have orange 🍊 for you orange lovers!

Between backyard BBQs, hikes, workouts, and chasing kids around the park, it’s easy to lose more than just water when you sweat.

👉 Did you know you’re also losing essential minerals—like sodium, potassium, and magnesium—that help your body function properly?

That’s where a clean, electrolyte-based drink can be a game changer.

• It supports hydration at the cellular level 💧
• Helps your muscles contract efficiently 💪
• Keeps your brain and nerves firing the way they should 🧠

💡 Pro tip: Look for one that’s low-calorie and free from artificial flavors, sweeteners, and dyes. Your body will thank you.

Curious what to look for on the label? Drop a 💦 below and I’ll send you my go-to guide for clean hydration.

Hydration is huge for joint health — in fact, your joints are 60–80% water. Without enough, they lose their smooth “glide,” and stiffness can creep in.

Adding collagen to the mix gives your cartilage extra building blocks to stay cushioned and supported.

This is one of my favorite refreshing ways to get both.

🥒 Cucumber-Mint Collagen Water

Ingredients:
12 oz water
½ scoop unflavored collagen powder
2 cucumber slices
A few fresh mint leaves
Juice of ½ lemon

Directions:
Mix everything in a shaker or bottle. Chill and sip throughout the day.

The cucumber and mint make it crisp and cooling, the lemon adds a little vitamin C to help your body use the collagen, and the collagen itself works from the inside out for joint comfort and mobility.

💬 Would you try this? If you make it, post a pic in the group — I’d love to see your summer hydration upgrade.

Love the ☀️

It may seem unusual today, but older hospitals often had sun decks for patients. The idea behind this was simple: sunlight is a natural healer. Before modern medicine and treatments, doctors recognized the healing power of sunlight in boosting immune systems and promoting recovery, especially for those with respiratory illnesses like tuberculosis.

In the past, sunlight was seen as an essential part of the healing process. The sun’s rays provide Vitamin D, which plays a significant role in immune function, bone health, and the regulation of mood. Many patients would spend hours on these sun decks as a way to help their bodies heal naturally. This was a holistic approach to healthcare, where nature played a vital role.

In today’s world, we’re often disconnected from this healing power as we spend most of our time indoors. However, incorporating natural light into our daily routine can still provide incredible benefits. Whether it’s a morning walk or simply spending a few minutes outdoors, sunlight continues to be an essential factor in maintaining our health. 🌞🏥
