After nine years in Drumheller, I've learned that a patient's experience of our clinic is shaped by far more than the ten minutes they spend with a physician. It's the phone call. The follow-up. Knowing what to expect before you walk through the door.
That's the job we're hiring for.
Riverside Medical is looking for a full-time Patient Experience & Digital Communications Coordinator, and it's a role we built on purpose to be a little different.
Half of it is patient care coordination — helping people navigate appointments, referrals, and the day-to-day of clinic life. The other half is digital: keeping our website, our social channels, and our patient information clear, current, and accurate.
If you're organized, good with people, comfortable with technology, and you like the idea of work that's never quite the same two days running, we'd like to hear from you.
You don't need a healthcare background. Judgment, warmth, and the ability to learn quickly matter more — the clinical side can be taught.
