Emulsify a small amount of mask in your hand with a few drops of water. Apply evenly over the entire face as well as the neck and décolleté areas if desired. Allow mask to dry 5–10 minutes then gently scrub off in a circular motion with a lukewarm face cloth. Rinse thoroughly with clear water.

Join Nathan Jeffery, ND, for this monthly neurodiversity talk/class. This series is specifically tailored for autistic adults, including those who are late-life diagnosed, self-identified, as well as AuDHD and ADHD individuals and families who resonate with a neurodiversity-affirming approach to health.

Each month, we will review Energy and Regulation Strategies while exploring clinical strategies at the intersection of natural medicine and neurodivergence. We will dive into specific movement strategies to ground the nervous system, including topics related to digestive support and dietary strategies.

By integrating sensory-friendly nutrition, gut-brain health, and nervous system balancing, Dr. Jeffery provides the naturopathic tools to help you transition from reactive survival to a regulated, empowered state that honors your authentic neurodivergent biology.

Omni offers compassionate, trauma-informed counselling for adults experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, addiction, codependency, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She also has a special interest in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), helping clients process difficult experiences and move forward with greater resilience and hope.
