Part-Time 2D/3D/4D Obstetric Ultrasound Technician & Social Media Coordinator

We are growing and looking for a warm, energetic, reliable, and creative team member to join our studio 💗

📍 Currently located in Fonthill, Ontario
📍 We will be relocating this fall to a clinic in either Welland, Fonthill, or Thorold
🚗 Must be willing to travel to Dunnville as required
⏰ Thursday to Sunday availability required (some flexibility if discussed in advance)
📅 Approximately 12–30 hours per week

💗 About the Role

This is a very special position where you will be part of unforgettable moments as expectant parents see their baby for the first time. These appointments are emotional, exciting, and highly anticipated.

We rely heavily on someone who is reliable, consistent, and fully available for their scheduled shifts. Showing up on time and ready to provide a calm, warm, and welcoming experience every shift is extremely important.

This role is a combination of ultrasound services, clinic support, and SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION, which is a huge part of our business growth 💫

📱 Social Media is a BIG part of this role

We are looking for someone confident in:
• Filming and appearing in TikToks, Reels, and stories
• Posting regularly on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Engaging with messages and comments
• Using Canva or similar tools
• Bringing creative ideas to grow our online presence

Social media experience is a major asset and very important for this role 🌸

🩺 Responsibilities include:
• 2D, 3D, and 4D elective ultrasound scans
• Gender determination starting at 13 weeks
• Creating a warm experience for families
• Social media filming, posting, and engagement
• Admin work, emails, and clinic organization
• Keeping the studio clean and welcoming

✔ No ultrasound experience required, training provided
✔ Healthcare or clinic experience is an asset

🌟 What we are looking for:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable on camera and creating content
• HIGH reliability and consistent attendance
• Available Thursday–Sunday
• Willing to travel to Dunnville when required

We are so excited to continue Lexie’s journey as she grows into her role as our Obstetric Ultrasound Technician and Early Gender Specialist at our Dunnville location ✨

Lexie will be continuing hands-on training with our team, building her confidence and skills while providing beautiful sneak peeks of your little one 🤍

To celebrate her second training day, we are offering 50% off all training ultrasounds ✨

We are so excited to introduce Lexie as our newest Obstetric Ultrasound Technician and Early Gender Specialist based only at our Dunnville location.
