Botox appointment done. Now what?

Your results don’t happen instantly. Botox gradually starts to take effect over the first few days and can take up to 2 weeks to fully settle.

During that time, following the right aftercare matters. Avoid rubbing the treated areas, strenuous exercise, excessive heat, and anything else your injector has advised you to temporarily avoid.

You may still have movement at first, and that’s completely normal. Give your Botox time to settle before judging your final result or deciding whether a touch-up is needed.
