🌿 THE MEDICINE OF KAVA

For generations, the people of the Pacific Islands have shared Kava as a medicine of peace. It was offered to welcome guests, to settle conflict, and to bring hearts together in community.

Kava speaks gently. It softens the armour we carry in the body, quiets the restless mind, and opens the heart to connection. It doesn't take us away from ourselves. It brings us home, into a calm and present place where healing can be received.

🥁 THE AWAKENING OF SACRED SOUND

Before there were words, there was sound. Every cell in our body is vibration, and when we are touched by sacred sound, something ancient remembers.

As the crystal bowls, drums, rattles and sacred shamanic songs move through the space, they reach the places that words cannot. Stagnant energy begins to move. What has been asleep begins to stir. The frequency of the body rises to meet the frequency of the soul.

This is how awakening often happens: not through effort, but through resonance.

🌬️ Hapé is held as a sacred ceremonial practice for grounding, prayer, and bringing awareness into the present moment.

🌿 Sananga carries a place in traditional Amazonian practices and will be approached with deep respect, care, and discernment.

Through ritual, stillness, breath, and connection, we will explore the meeting of fire and water within us — the fire of courage, passion, and transformation, and the water of feeling, surrender, and compassion.

Water reminds us that we can soften without losing our strength, flow around obstacles, and trust the wisdom of our natural rhythm. It teaches us to release what no longer serves us, cleanse the heart, nourish new beginnings, and remain open to change. Like water, we are always capable of renewal, movement, and returning to our deepest source.

This is an invitation to meet ourselves with honesty. To make room for what is ready to be felt, to honour what you have carried, and to reconnect with the deeper wisdom of our heart.

The veil grows thin this month. The harvest is gathered, the leaves let go, and the ancestors draw close. This is the season of Samhain energy, when the old falls away and the soul is invited to remember what it came here to become. Halloween isn’t only costumes and candy. It’s an ancient portal for shedding, honouring, and manifesting.

We open this magical month together with the sacred Blue Lotus flower 🪷
Revered in ancient Egypt as the flower of rebirth, Blue Lotus rises from the mud each morning and opens toward the sun. She is a gentle, heart-opening plant teacher. She softens the armour we carry, invites deep relaxation and dreamy presence, and helps us listen to the quiet voice within. Her medicine doesn’t force. She unfolds, one petal at a time, just like us.

In this circle we will:

Sun enters Ta**us 🌍

🌱🐂 THE EARTH IS RECLAIMING HER ALTAR. 🐂🌱
The Sun just stepped into Ta**us and the cosmos exhaled.
For weeks we’ve been ON FIRE — seven planets blazing through Aries, cracking us open, asking us who we are and whether we have the courage to begin.
Today? Mother Nature says: root into it now.
Ta**us season is not about thinking more. It is about FEELING more. Slowing down. Touching the earth. Letting the medicine land in your bones and your blood and your body — not just your mind.
