As a small business owner, my time isn’t just “time” — it’s carefully planned, scheduled, and balanced around real life.

On most days, I’m juggling:
• 2–3 cleaning appointments
• Preschool drop-offs
• And making it home in time before my partner leaves for work

So when a scheduled service is missed or forgotten, it doesn’t just “shift my day” — it creates a gap that I often can’t refill, and throws off everything that follows.

Today, I waited 30 minutes at a scheduled morning clean before having to leave. I completely understand that life happens — we’re all human 🤍
But clear communication and respecting booked time makes a huge difference for small businesses like mine.
