✨️IMPORTANT 2024 UPDATE! ✨️

How are we already a full month into 2024?! I can't believe how fast time is flying.

I wanted to make an official update on my 2024 availability. Sadly, I will not be available for any new Birth or Postpartum clients for the remainder of the year. I will still be available to help anyone who is looking to hire a Doula and I will be returning to full Doula work come January 2025.

This year is full of many surprises but I didn’t want my availability to be one of them 💕

I look forward to coming back and supporting all of the incredible families I get the honor to work with.

What could be better than color + protein + fiber all wrapped up in convenience!!

This meal is one of my favorites because it can be so flexible and customizable.

Pro tip - these Keto wraps from Costco have 20g of fiber per wrap, the bagged salad makes an easy wrap filler, and the rotisserie chicken is a classic quick protein.

While I LOVE all the Postpartum freezer meals, sometimes you just need something that isn't a casserole or soup.

"In October 2022 I found out that I was expecting my second child after delivering my first in February 2022. I had the absolute pleasure of having Candase as my Doula with my 1st child and knew that she had to be there for my 2nd! She was one of the first people to find out I was pregnant and she was just as excited as I was. To know I had her support and expertise from the very beginning was a relief in itself. Candase is always quick to answer any question or concerns you have, and to make sure you are supported to deliver the way you want. She is the true definition of what a doula should be. During my delivery she brought calmness and peace to the delivery room and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Today was such a special day 💕 getting a chance to visit with Mama and Baby J - My first repeat clients!

It has been such a blessing to work with each and every family. To be trusted wholeheartedly and welcomed into not one but TWO Births with this family has been such an honor ♡ and they hold a special place in my heart as the first "strangers" I sat down with while doing my training.

I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to support each and every family ♡
