Important update for our patients 💜
The Government of Alberta has announced proposed changes that may allow Albertans to access certain private diagnostic imaging services without first obtaining a healthcare provider’s referral.
At Glenwood Radiology, patient safety, quality of care and clinical excellence remain our highest priorities. Our leadership team is carefully reviewing the clinical, operational and regulatory requirements associated with this initiative.
For now, a referral from a physician or authorized healthcare practitioner is still required for all diagnostic imaging services at Glenwood Radiology.
