A new chapter for Zia Women’s Health begins with a conversation 🤍

On September 24, we gathered for The Woman Within — an evening dedicated to honest conversations about women's health, menopause, and the experiences that come with different stages of life.

With Dr. Ruhee Sidhu, OB/GYN and Zia Women’s Health Specialist, we explored topics including life after 40, postpartum changes, skincare, brain fog, and more.

But beyond the topics, the evening was about creating a space to listen, learn, connect, and feel supported.

"My family doctor/clinic disappeared without informing patients and therefore needed a new doctor. My wife started coming here and Zia has become a medical clinic for males as well. Started seeing Nawal who is a nurse practitioner. She has more time than a normal doctor does and she is amazing.
