This massage modality is an ancient treatment that targets pressure points, combined with a soothing massage, and stretching of the hands and feet. It restores the flow of energy through the entire body, corresponding to specific glands & organs. A person's feet and hands are like mirror images of the body. Therefore, applying pressure to unique acupressure points and energy lines within the feet and hands results in decreased stress to corresponding parts of the body. Each session supports all body systems while providing soothing relief for tired feet and hands. The therapist also massages the calf and forearm to increase therapeutic benefits and induce relaxation.

We will miss you!

It is with great sadness that Sirona will no longer be offering fitness classes.

We had the unfortunate timing of launching a couple of weeks before the pandemic and have done our best to push through these difficult times.

With that said, we had such a great time getting to know the community and thank everyone that has supported us during this year!

Massage therapy will still be offered in our new location.
