This is the latest painting I did that is going to become the cover for the next incarnation of my book: Soul-Side Out: An Embodied Journey into the Power of Self trust and the Wisdom of Community. 💜

I have 10 co-authors 😉. 🥳 Many of them were at the Soul-Truth Discovery retreat this weekend creating and trusting their own cocoons. 🐛
With a caterpillar and at each stage of life, there’s what they call an “imago”. Which means image of the butterfly 🦋 to become.

Yet the caterpillar’s has to trust It’s complete disintegration within its cocoon.

 It’s a lot like what the human ego has to do to become the soulful self – the image we are born with - that we are here to bring to Life on Earth 🌍

WE ARE CELEBRATING! Never did I imagine where we would be Today! Ever since 2018, the fateful day Naomi Rozak, that you said YES to training as my first Soulful Mentor in the process of INside-OWT.

At the time, neither of us could have imagined where that journey would lead. What began as mentorship evolved into friendship, collaboration, and a shared commitment to understanding healing, human nature, and what helps people come home to themselves.

For the past three years, working side-by-side in the co-creation of the Soul-Truth Academy Naomi and I have witnessed something remarkable: what started as programs, workshops, and conversations grew naturally and into something much bigger than education.

Through years of shared experiences, trust, and genuine connection ...

It became an authentic community. A sisterhood.

A place where women could show up and speak their truth. Where they could show up sick or triggered and deeply celebrated for it by those gifted the opportunity to witness their healing and growth in-the-moment.
NOW 13 of us are Co-Authoring the republishing of my BOOK: Soul-Side-Out!

It’s no longer just my book. I could NEVER have imagined the exponential learning I have been gifted through the Courageous women (and men). I am awestruck.

What makes this book unique is that these aren’t simply 12 people who responded to a call for submissions. Most collaborative books bring together authors who have never met before.

Each chapter reflects a unique journey, yet together they reveal a deeper truth: healing is rarely an individual accomplishment. We grow through connection.

We’re cultivating a culture where people learn how to be human together. Where healing becomes less about fixing ourselves and more about remembering who we are, reclaiming our gifts, and discovering how those gifts serve something larger than ourselves.

Because the journey doesn’t end with personal healing. It continues into purpose, contribution, belonging, and the authentic and sustainable communities.

The story we’re writing now is bigger than any one of us.
And in many ways, we’re only just beginning.
