Hey everyone, I’ve started a new chapter 💫

A couple of months ago I made a big decision and went back to school to study Holistic Nutrition. I’m in a fast paced one year certification program and I’ll be graduating as a certified holistic nutritionist.

What I love most is the holistic part. It feels really aligned with everything I’ve already been creating and exploring through my own healing journey and helping others over the years.

I wanted to share this because I thought it would be fun to share with you little insights, things I’m learning, and interesting tidbits from my program as I go through the year.

Holistic nutrition speaks to me because it connects the mind, body, and soul, where science meets intuition and both are important.
I’m excited for what’s ahead and excited to grow through this and share it with you as I go.
