Today is the day for Sacred Soul Medicine Women's Circle. We gather in the spirit of earth, heart, and spirit, with gratitude for the medicine of the land, the breath, the elements, and the sacred support that surrounds us. May this circle be a place of grounding, remembrance, gentle release, and deep healing for all who come.🌿♥️

A reminder about what the shadow path asks of us...

The biggest change happens when I stop asking the practice to change my world and let it change me instead. We usually go into practice expecting it to fix the outside world make things easier or settle what feels wrong.. Real growth comes from asking if we are ready to be changed by the experience. When the inside of me shifts the outside world starts to show up without me having to push it to do so.

Our women’s circles are a return to that kind of connection.
When we sit in circle, there is no one above or below another. Each woman has a place. Each story matters. You are welcome to speak, to listen, to laugh, to cry, or simply to be present.
Healing doesn’t always happen because someone gives us the right answer. Sometimes healing begins when we feel safe enough to soften, when we realize we are not alone, and when another woman can witness us without judgment.
That is the beauty of the circle: we come as individuals, but for a little while, we do not have to carry everything by ourselves. Receive insight and a special message just for you.
