The Problem Isn't Always the Problem!
What if the very thing you've been trying so hard to change isn't actually the real problem?
I recently had the pleasure of speaking at the Womanition Leadership conference for female entrepreneurs, where the theme was idioms. Each speaker had to incorporate an idiom into their presentation, and I chose "Cut to the Chase"!
In my talk, I share some relatable examples, along with real client experiences, to explain how subconscious patterns can keep us stuck and why getting to the root of the problem can make such a difference.
Whether it's procrastination, unwanted habits, anxiety, or something else you've been struggling to change, there may be more going on beneath the surface than you realize.
I hope this gives you a new perspective on what's really keeping you stuck—and what's possible when you get to the root of it.
