I wish I started using grounding tools like EFT sooner so my girls could have started a little earlier but hey, but better late then never. If you need help staying calm with your kids try EFT and tap with them too so they can can be empowered to self soothe and ground themselves. -care health

As someone who struggles with ADD I have found EFT tapping most helpful to regulate emotions in the moment while also re wiring my brain so I can be less reactive and grounded in the future.

Do you believe that emotions are blocking you and maybe even causing disease?
This is not a crazy idea at all. In fact there is a lot of good science that supports that this idea is anything but crazy🤣
I’ve worked in mental health for decades and seen first hand how emotions effect thoughts and actions and ultimately health.
Try telling a person who struggles with panic attacks that Anxiety has no physiological effect on a person and they’ll flat out tell you that just isn’t true. 😱
Have you ever felt physically sick with worry or maybe you started having migraines when you stopped wanting to be intimate with a partner. Maybe you have chronic back pain and it started when someone close to you passed away. 💔
Maybe you repeat unhealthy patterns in your relationships despite your best effort to change.
EFT is a tool that can unblock emotions that lead to unhealthy patterns and even illness.
