Cracking and adjusting are NOT the same thing

That popping sound is often just gas releasing inside the joint, similar to opening a can of soda.

A chiropractic adjustment is focused, intentional, and designed to improve movement and function within the body and nervous system.

And no… louder doesn’t mean better! 😅
Sometimes an adjustment doesn’t make a sound at all.
