POV: When you have a million things to do, but bothering the front desk staff feels more important.

Don't worry, they love me... I think.

👋 Meet Austin

Austin is one of the physiotherapists at Advanced Health Physio & Hand Clinic.

Before joining our team, Austin spent years competing in rugby at the highest levels, winning championships, and experiencing firsthand the highs and challenges that come with sport.

Those experiences help shape the way he works with patients today. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with persistent pain, or looking to get back to the activities you love, Austin enjoys helping people build confidence, move better, and return to what matters most to them.

When he's not in the clinic, you'll often find him staying active, spending time outdoors, or still finding his way back to a rugby field.

The same approach gets the same results.
Sometimes progress starts when someone finally looks at the problem differently. 🔍

A different angle, a different assessment, a different outcome.

Every therapist has had that moment 😂

You use the technique you were thinking might help…
the patient suddenly moves better…
and you immediately look at the other therapist like:

“Did you just see that too??” 👀

One of the best parts of this job is seeing experience, assessment, and clinical reasoning come together in real time 🙌

You never know who’s behind the curtain 👀
But whether you’re a pro athlete or just trying to get back to your workouts…
you deserve care you can trust.

If your fingertip won’t straighten…
please don’t trust the one-size-fits-all aluminum splint 😅
Mallet finger needs a precise, custom fit to heal properly.

👉 Early splinting = better outcomes

We upgraded this splint situation real quick 👀
Out: bulky, awkward aluminum
In: sleek, custom boutonniere splint that actually fits your life.

Custom splints aren’t one-size-fits-all.

They’re designed specifically for your injury, your anatomy, and your goals—whether that’s protecting healing tissue, reducing pain, or helping you get back to what you love faster.

If you’ve been told to “just rest it” but it’s not improving… you might need more support than that.
