0 drinks/wk = no risk
1 to 2 drinks/wk = low risk
3 to 6 drinks/wk = moderate risk
7+ drinks/wk = High risk

Take care and let's chat if you need support!

Season's Greetings to you and your loved ones 🎄🎊💝 It’s our pleasure to extend our warmest greetings and best wishes for a New Year full of happiness and health!

It's OK to take breaks and say no. It's also OK to hustle and do more. It's OK to grief and mourn. It's OK to move on and change. Whatever you choose to do, I wish you the best 🙏🥰

Take care and may 2023 be a blast everyone!
