(AUG 28)

Some days, the words you need most are the ones you need to hear over and over.

Keep going.
Give yourself grace.
Heal.
Move forward.
Stay strong.

Growth isn’t about being perfect. It’s about choosing, again and again, to take the next step—even when it’s hard.

No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

At Creating Solutions, we’re here to walk alongside you, one step at a time.

(AUG 26) Back-to-school preparation isn't just about backpacks and textbooks—it's also about helping students feel emotionally and academically prepared.

Psychological assessments can identify strengths, clarify challenges, and provide
recommendations that support success at school, university, and beyond.

If you're wondering whether an assessment could help, we'd be happy to answer your
questions.

(AUG 24) Many people think couples workshops are only for relationships in crisis.

The reality is often the opposite.

Healthy relationships don't happen by accident—they grow because both partners continue learning, communicating, and investing in one another.

The Hold Me Tight® Workshop isn't about fixing a broken relationship. It's about strengthening connection, understanding each other more deeply, and learning practical tools to navigate conflict before it creates distance.

Learning how to reconnect isn't a sign that something is wrong. It's a sign that your relationship matters.

Whether you've been together for two years or thirty, it's never too early—or too late—to invest in your relationship.

Our October Hold Me Tight® Workshop is now open for registration. We'd love to have you join us.

Today’s story isn’t about having all the answers.

It’s about taking one small step toward the life you want.

Every person who walks through these doors has a different story. Different challenges. Different hopes. And every story deserves to be heard with compassion.

Maybe today is the day your next chapter begins.

We’re here when you’re ready.

(AUG 19) Every child learns differently.

Psychological and psycho educational assessments help families understand how a
child learns, what support may be helpful, and how to build on existing strengths.

The goal isn't simply to identify challenges—it's to create a road map for success.

We'd love to help you explore the next steps.

(AUG 17)If you and your partner keep having the same argument, it may not actually be about the dishes, the money, or the schedule.

Recurring conflict is often a signal that something deeper is asking to be understood.

Many couples find themselves feeling unheard, misunderstood, or disconnected—but instead of talking about those emotions, they end up arguing about everyday problems.

The Hold Me Tight® Workshop is designed to help couples recognize the emotional cycle beneath the conflict. When you can identify the pattern, you can begin changing it together.

The goal isn't to "win" arguments. It's to feel safe, connected, and understood by the person you love.

Registration is now open. We'd love to help you take the first step toward a stronger, more connected relationship.

Many students don't discover underlying learning or attention differences until university.

The right assessment can provide clarity, recommendations, and documentation that
may support accommodations and more effective learning strategies.
You don't have to keep guessing.

(AUG 10) EMDR is often associated with trauma—but its benefits can extend far beyond a single traumatic event.

Many people seek EMDR therapy for anxiety, panic, grief, difficult childhood experiences, or distressing memories that continue to affect their lives today.

Healing isn't about pretending the past never happened. It's about helping your brain process experiences in a way that allows you to move forward without carrying the same emotional weight.

If you've ever wondered why certain memories still feel so intense, or why your body reacts even when you're safe, EMDR may be worth exploring.

Every healing journey is unique, and the best place to start is with a conversation.

If you're curious whether EMDR could be a good fit for you, we're here to answer your questions and help you explore your options.

Behind every conversation is a space designed to help you feel safe, supported, and heard.

Welcome to Creating Solutions.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, parenting, or life’s unexpected transitions, our team is here to meet you with compassion—not judgment.

Healing doesn’t happen because a room is beautiful, but having a calm, welcoming place to begin can make taking that first step feel a little easier.

We’re glad you’re here.
