Last night's healing and coaching session blew my mind!

My client is currently experiencing a neurological auto-immune disorder that causes nerves to de-myelinate and that exposure can cause a short circuit effect. For this person, it can manifest as extreme pain, inability to walk, vision changes and more.

They had watched their dad get tasered at 14 and at 15 with no signs prior, now diagnosed with this disorder.

They had previously looked at the trauma of the situation from the fear, bullying, no one to protect them lens. But hadn't made any tangible progress on their body's symptomology.

When I tapped in - this person's walk in told me that as a child and still now, my client was a powerful filter and used this skill to turn down the intensity, fighting or harm that parents or people around them were causing. This is so common for kids who are going to become healers and activators to do!

And then it clicked. Their body was still running the tasers voltage as if it were still real. 😬

The level of softness, change to muscle and face tone and voice cadence after doing the clearing work on her system was UNREAL!

PLUS, getting to do a walk in clearing and seeing the whole body system change literally before my eyes was something else.

Im excited to follow this person's case and I expect we've got another miracle story on the horizon ❤️

Are you in that space where you've mostly healed... shed the heaviness... but now you're standing in that in between space where soul keeps whispering that you have a purpose and you're sitting here on earth going, "then what the eff is it?!"

She thought she still had control issues and trouble letting go...

If you hold on a little too tight, feel like you're the only one who can get the job done right, or were always the kid in the group project shouldering the burden... this one's for you.

My client today had accidentally mislabeled aware leadership as an outdated energy she's used to beating herself up for: control.
Because the first chapter of her life required extreme organization, strategic thinking, and holding responsibility for more than just herself — keeping her family safe, making sure everything went just right — she had mastered the belief: "If I'm in control and do it myself, I can control the outcomes. And therefore, I'm safe."

Sound familiar?

Here's the thing... what once protected us will one day hold us back. And that's exactly what would have happened had she not caught herself and realized something needed to shift.

In our session, I had the intuitive hit that she hadn't yet acknowledged she had passed the lessons of holding on too tightly. Because this pattern was so familiar, it was the easiest label to slap on what she thought she needed to energetically fix to reach her next level.

What she didn't realize? She had already started to embody the other side of that resonance — where control can also equal growth and liberation.

What was actually happening for her? She's levelling up into aware leadership: a controlled vision, strategic elevation of her team, and a clear sense of what needs her focus and when. As soon as I pointed out that she can now use control for healthy ascent - the pricing for her offers came through, ideas for what she can hand over to team bubbled up, and a lightness settled in.

Everything we experience can be used from a negative/ depcracting energy or for a positive/ growth potential. And, most likely, the energy you're most used to playing out has another side you just haven't been willing to date yet. I wonder what would happen if you got to know that side of the energy, too?!

I cleared my friend's motion sickness over 6 weeks ago and despite massive effort on her part to recreate it - its not coming back 🤣

She's taken countless meds, bought every hokey gimmick, and tried the tapping solutions out there. Unfortunately, because no one had tracked her story properly, she was actually making the akashic story that was embedded into her nervous system worse. 🫣

It took me about 45minutes to help her clear this - not because it took me that long to track - but because in her case, she needed to reprogram safe communication and to know she was being believed and held before she could leave that old programming behind. The record needed the right space to close.

Stories like hers remind me of my 'why' on a regular basis. We need to raise the bar in the healing industry if we ever want to be taken seriously.

I want every single healer to be able to report these kinds of stories. Why? Because it means you're actually doing your job and living your mission.

We are programmed for depth so we need to practice and work like we are.

No more surface level systems. It's time for more. Are you with me?!

I’ve been holding myself back from a soul-deep knowing that’s been sitting with me for a few years. To be honest, writing this email to you feels like I’m stripping down naked and letting you see all my wiggly bits.

Most of you know me through my work of helping reclaim your health and well-being. I’ve been a part of over 5000 turn-around stories now - helping folks with everything from autoimmune, severe allergies, metabolic disorders, big T and little T trauma’s, and all of the blocks in-between.

But like most of you, I don’t say the quiet parts out loud. I humbled the parts of my magic that could gain too much attention or scrutiny. I try to stay ‘understandable’ and ‘approachable’ to the masses, and for years, I’ve also tried to remain as ‘affordable’ as possible because I know that many of the people who need my help to get better don’t have the resources to do so.

And while all of those energetic influences have been important and have served me well, they’ve also kept me from truly allowing people to access my ‘super power’ gifts.

K, wait… what?! You would think that, with so many healing turnarounds and success stories, THAT would be the thing that is my magic to share with the world.

It is, AND because it's so inherently easy for me, it’s natural that I would lean into these skills and help folks through their healing journey. It’s truly been a blessing of a lifetime to be behind the scenes and to witness the transformations I’ve seen. Gratitude is not a big enough word for that kind of magic. Maybe you're one of those success stories/have your own story of how working with me changed your life.

And here’s the thing - just because something is interwoven into your being and it’s really easy for you to do, doesn’t mean it's your highest leverageable gifts.

And I’ve been holding mine back from most of you.

I got away with it for years - but this last week has made it abundantly clear that continuing to play small is not an option. I’ve had so many beautiful confirmations that no matter what, I have to honor what my soul is calling up from me next.

If you’re the healer, practitioner, wellness coach, or holistic mentor who isn’t a beginner and you’re in that middle zone where no one seems to get you or be offering support for where you’re actually at…

And you know you were born for more than what the real world is giving you as feedback at this moment…

What bloating, brain fog and that toxic relationship you can't let go of have in common...

You know how in metaphysics we talk about the outer world being a mirror? How what's showing up in your relationships and interactions with others, your money and abundance flow, and your mission and purpose is reflecting something happening inside you at a deeper level?

Welp, that same mirror principle shows up in your physical body, too.

Stick with me here.

Your metabolism has three core jobs: ⛓️‍💥 break down what it's working with, 🥦 convert what comes in, and 💩 eliminate what it no longer needs. When any of those three processes gets stuck, we call it metabolic dysfunction.

But here's the energetic part: Each one of those metabolic interruptions has a psychological-energetic twin.

1. The Breakdown Interrupt
Can't break food into usable pieces → Overwhelmed by big ideas, can't sequence steps

Bloating, heaviness, food sitting like a brick — this is the body saying it cannot break something complex down into its component parts. And the psychological mirror? Everything feels too big. The vision is there but the steps to get there feel impossible to sequence. You can see the destination but can't figure out how to take the first step without getting completely overwhelmed or running out of energy. The idea is coming in whole and unchewed, and the system cannot process it. Sound familiar?

Are you familiar with the mirror concept?

The idea is that what's happening around you is a reflection of what's going on internally. We see our circumstances and subconscious patterns reflected back to us through other people, what we are able to hold, receive and give, and the kinds of opportunities that come our way.

But if we believe that theory to be true, why aren't we going to the core root of the issue where the reflections begin?

The first mirror we need to look in is the metabolic system. The body tells it's story through signs, symptoms and experiences. And it starts with the efficiency and efficacy of the messengers that allow every other system to calibrate and run.

If you look at the pattern of your digestion, energy levels, hormone balance, clarity and focus - you'll see that it is the sole access point to everything your intuition is trying to say.

From there, it spirals out and influences the nervous and hormonal systems - not the other way around.

If we want to figure out why we aren't thriving or are blocked in our progress, the answer lies in this first mirror of the metabolism.

And no - it's not just a simple diet change or one more cleanse. There's a metaphysical language to it. Eg. Folks who have a hard time clearing out fungal overgrowth like candida often have connection core wounds and a hard time trusting others or allowing themselves to be supported. The candida is there as an ally to protect their body from going acidic while their walls are up.

I want to share more on this subject because its base of how I've managed to get so many people better that most practitioners and professionals couldn't. Do you want to learn more about it?

A theme came up this week in session and a Q&A with my practitioners in training about why we can't contact some of our loved ones on the other side.

If you've experienced a loss or are a medium who hasn't been able to bring through an individual, this one might be for you!

One of the biggest blocks to souls coming through is holding them to be the same as they are energetically vs who they were on Earth.

Here's an example:
Let's say you know someone as being pragmatic and reserved, speaking only after carefully considering how their words were received, BUT those behavioral traits were adopted through life influence and aren't inherently their nature.

Your version of that person's identity and the expectations you have about what they may want to share with you can block your receptors from getting to know the 'truth' of who their soul truly is.

So here's what I recommend if you aren't receiving signs, symbols, and messages from your loved one...

Take a moment to imagine you're having a telepathic conversation with them. Thank them for letting you see the version of who they were here on Earth. Then, let them know you're excited to see the essence of who they truly are as you build a new relationship and understanding of their wholeness from the other side.

That simple tactic has helped a ton of my students and clients reopen the flow of communication.
