Tonight’s supper: Slow Braised Barbados Tacos w/ Avocado, House Pickled Red Onion served with Spanish Rice and Elote (Mexican Street Corn brushed with Crema, Lime juice, seasoned with Chili Powder and Cilantro and topped with Crumbled Feta Cheese).
