Beautiful breast lift with implants! 😍 This wonderful client had severe, grade 3 ptosis (sagging) and deflation. She wanted improved shape and fullness. One of my beautiful clients from ! 😍 She had mild sagging and loose skin. We decided against a breast lift and instead used 425cc HP implants in a dual plane technique to fill and lift her breasts. Although she still has a small amount of ptosis, she has gorgeous, natural results with improved fullness and shape! 🔥 I was also able to decrease her intermamammary and provide her with beautiful cleavage. 🔥😻 Breast implants with 375cc HP implants! This gorgeous client had good shape but wanted more size, cleavage and upper pole fullness. We decided on very reasonably sized implants to fill out her breast and provide more volume. She can dress them up (i.e. bikinis) or down depending on her outfit. 😍 A beautiful example of the dual plane technique for breast augmentation in a client with mild sagging and loose skin. I used 425cc HP implants to fill out her breasts. With the dual plane technique, the implant is placed underneath the muscle, but the breast tissue is separated from the muscle to allow it to lift up. This helped resolve the majority of sagging and loose skin. She has gorgeous, natural results and improved fullness. She can dress them up or down depending on what she wears. Dramatic breast lift transformation! 🤩 This client had very large, pendulous breasts with severe asymmetry. ⚖️ It is very difficult to get good match when there is such a drastic size difference, particularly without the use of implants. I performed a breast lift with soft tissue resuspension, keeping as much tissue as possible on the left while removing significantly more on the right, to give her great shape and excellent symmetry. So incredibly proud of this client! 🥹 I’m honored to have played a small part in her journey to becoming a lawyer.

Years ago, I performed facial reconstruction for her following a traumatic incident. Later, I had the privilege of performing aesthetic breast surgery for her as well. Through that process, I got to know her well, and I was honored to write a reference letter in support of her admission to the University of Alberta Law School.

I can’t believe she’s almost finished her degree. I’m so proud of everything she has accomplished and couldn’t be more excited for her. ❤️

Caitlin "Gros-Louis" Grolway is a law student and Research Assistant at the Wahkohtowin Law and Governance Lodge. Born and raised in Treaty 6 territory, she is a Wendat matriarch with roots in Wendake, Quebec. Inspired by her uncle, the late Grand Chief Max Gros-Louis, she is dedicated to revitalizing Indigenous laws. Caitlin brings fifteen years of executive management and public safety enforcement experience to her work, alongside leadership roles with the Indigenous Law Students' Association and the Law and Older Students Club.

At home, she balances her studies with raising two children and caring for a disabled Siberian Husky mix. In her downtime, she enjoys travelling, Formula 1 racing, and reading tarot and oracle cards.
