☀️The weather is finally starting to turn, but even though the ice is melting, motor vehicle accidents (MVAs) are still happening!

Injuries can be overwhelming at the best of times, but even more so if you have been involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA). Did someone say paperwork? 🤪

There are two silver linings, however:

Garreth holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Physical Education with a specialization in sport performance from the University of Alberta.

He has diverse clinical experience as well as a range of hobbies (✈️🎶🎤🥾⛳️), and is committed to understanding what truly matters to his patients. He values collaboration and is passionate about making exercise fun and dynamic to inspire and motivate patients to be actively involved in their physio journey.

If you bring a donation, your name will be entered in a prize draw! Bring something to your appointment with you, or drop off anytime during clinic hours (7am-7pm).

Not sure what to bring? Some most-needed items are listed below:

- beans without pork
- canned fish or meat
- baby formula
- diapers
- peanut butter (500g)
- healthy school snacks (packaged)
- soup
- canned fruit or vegetables
- pasta and pasta sauce
- hot and cold cereal

🚨We have super exciting news for Manual Osteopathy fans (or fans-to-be!)!

Direct billing is now available for Manual Osteopathy treatments with most insurance companies that are part of the Telus eClaims group! This is HUGE news.

Carriers such as Manulife, Industrial Alliance, Chambers of Commerce and many others are now making it infinitely easier for clients to utilize their paramedical benefits. Work is also underway with the AAOMT to bring more insurance providers on board!

Manual Osteopathy is a fantastic modality that is unbelievably beneficial for people suffering with chronic pain, migraines, and vestibular complaints. It is also an excellent tool that allows for faster tissue healing when utilized as part of a well-rounded treatment plan, or if your rehabilitation has plateaued with other types of therapy.
