I’ve always had an artist’s soul ✨

A creative. A visionary. A dreamer who sees possibilities in places others might not.

So when I discovered Canadian artist Michelle Vella Big Eyes Pop Heart style, I absolutely fell in LOVE. The colour, the personality, the boldness, the heart… it spoke to something in me.

After more than 30 years in the optical industry, I’ve always believed eyewear is so much more than glasses. It’s art. It’s identity. It’s confidence. It’s self-expression. It’s helping people see themselves in a whole new way.

And now, something incredibly special is happening. Michelle is bringing MY iconic moments to life through her artistic vision, creating a custom piece that captures a little of my world, my personality, and the journey behind Eye Stylist.

Watching another artist interpret your story through their own creative lens is such a beautiful gift.

Today, I want to shine a BIG spotlight on Michelle Vella, an incredibly talented Canadian artist whose work has captured my heart.

Michelle, thank you for sharing your talent with me and becoming part of the Eye Stylist story. This piece is more than a painting. It’s a celebration of my business, my dreams, my community, and every client and supporter who has believed in my vision along the way.

And honestly? I think it’s also for the people who haven’t met you yet.

The person scrolling who’s been looking for a different eyewear experience.
The person who didn’t even know a mobile optician was a thing.
The client who wants someone to actually take the time to find the right frame not just hand them a tray and say, “Have a look.”

So I’m going to keep showing up.
Sharing the glasses.
Sharing the behind-the-scenes.
