Hi, I am Sheena. I started this wellness journey 20 years ago. I graduated in 2005 with a Massage Therapy Diploma. I trained with Steiner the onboard spa where I enhanced my wellness services and knowledge. I have a passion for wellness and working with people. Wanting to expand my ability to treat the root of illness and musculoskeletal concerns, I desired to become an acupuncturist. Acupuncture assists my clients to heal themselves from the root of illness. I believe in a wholistic approach to health. This includes physical activity, wholesome food, rewarding relationships and hobbies, and setting limits to preserve energy. I am dedicated in bringing harmony to your body through thoughtful Acupuncture, Massage and Chinese Medicine services. My goal is to provide you with relief, encouragement, and support while creating harmonious relationships. As a wife and mother of two amazing kiddos you can find me socializing with my loved ones, cooking, playing music, being active, and camping and traveling with my family.

There is something so incredible about going to your own backyard for food and packing the kiddos lunches 🥰

🏰✨ DISNEYLAND 2026 — OUR FAMILY ADVENTURE! 😍🎢🎡

We had the most magical time at the happiest place on earth! 💖 Experiencing Disneyland for the first time was pure joy, from racing to rope drop in the mornings to exploring the incredible rides, beautiful parks, and spectacular nighttime shows.

Ali was a little more timid on the thrill rides, with Guardians of the Galaxy having her shaking in her boots! 😂 Ethan, on the other hand, went on everything, including the Incredicoaster three times! 🎢

Every ride brought our favourite Disney movies to life with incredible detail, nostalgia, and storytelling. The nighttime shows were visually stunning, and I found myself singing along to all the nostalgic music. 🥰

Learning about Walt Disney’s life and how his dream began was truly inspiring. To think it all started with a mouse and grew into something so extraordinary. 🐭✨ He envisioned a place where parents could bring their children and have fun too — and that’s exactly what we did. 💖

🍦 We enjoyed all the classic Disney treats, from Dole Whips and churros to Mickey-shaped everything! We also took a little break from the parks to explore San Clemente and La Jolla, where the kids loved jumping through the ocean waves with their dada. 🌊💞

We spent up to 15 hours a day at the parks, walking a million steps, with tired legs and a few blisters along the way. 😂 But every single step was worth it. The memories we made as a family will stay with us forever. 💖
