Thanks for all the birthday wishes for my guy. I shared them with him. I mentioned it in a comment, Lindsay and Nancy both guessed it, but I made one of Gord's favourites - chocolate lava cakes with vanilla bean ice cream. He even has a couple extra that he can reheat and enjoy today!

What’s a comfort food you haven't made in a while, but you know the moment you do, it’s back in the rotation?

​For me, it’s a classic deviled egg with a generous sprinkle of smoked paprika.

​They are the ultimate, delicious little protein pop (we are enjoying them after crushing a 48km bike ride from Invermere to Fairmont and back! 🚴‍♂️)! Pure satisfaction in every bite.
