With Mental Illness Awareness Week taking place this October 4-10, there's no better time to keep the conversation going. Supporting employee mental well-being has been, and continues to be, an important focus for healthcare leaders.

▪️ Healthcare workers consistently report highest burnout rates, 47% vs 31% for Public sector employees

Every discussion helps reduce stigma, increase understanding, and remind our colleagues that support is available when they need it most. It helps employees stay connected, build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and return to work in a healthy and successful way.

We encourage managers, supervisor and leaders to register for an upcoming training session and be part of the conversation.
