It’s always a weird space when a course wraps up. It feels like “goodbye” but I’m always so hopeful to cross paths again. And yet, here we are… 3 programs concluded within the last week. 30 facilitators, at different points in their paths, have all graduated from a program that I am lucky enough to have a part in.

I’ll be honest, as a trainer I look forward to this time, but then when it happens I’m always sadder than anticipated. The cohort calls and weekend intensives are just as impactful for me as I hope they are for my crews.

Tonight I’m celebrating another wonderful crew… this one an international group who have never been in the same room but have definitely held space for one another for the past 8 months. Online learning isn’t for everyone - but I’m am so grateful for how small it makes our world!

The humans who come into my circle are the best kind! And I can’t wait to see where their paths lead them ❤️❤️❤️

Congrats to my Heart & Bones cohort! 🎉

After 200 hours of learning, practicing, questioning, cueing, sequencing, laughing, and growing…

They woke up from savasana and realized:

✨ It’s graduation day. ✨

Today we celebrate a truly special group of humans.

A crew who showed up with curiosity.
Who weren’t afraid to ask questions.
Who discovered that the more you learn, the more there is to explore.
Who supported one another, challenged one another, and made this training richer simply by being themselves.

Over the past 8 months, they have practiced teaching, refined their voices, built confidence, shared perspectives, and created a community that stretched far beyond the walls of a yoga teacher training.

They arrived as students.

Today they graduate as teachers.

Not because they have all the answers, but because they have learned how to stay curious, keep learning, and trust themselves enough to continue asking better questions.

What a privilege it has been to witness this playful, thoughtful, wonderfully nerdy crew grow.

Please help us celebrate our newest graduates from & .ca . 🎉💛

The yoga world is lucky to have you.

Try it and let me know your thoughts! 👇
Personally, I’m going to offer this in my public yoga classes as well as my 1-1 mobility sessions to see what others think.

There is something quietly special taking shape for The Common Thread Restival. The schedule has been created with the intention that this weekend be led by community... slowly... intentionally.

This weekend will have space for sacred fire songs, community sounds, movement, breathwork, embodiment, rest, laughter, honest conversations, and the kind of connection that reminds you you’re not the only one carrying life the way you do.

There are two primary facilitators guiding the weekend, but so much of this experience will be shaped by the women who gather there. Community-led moments. Shared wisdom. Unexpected softness. Real belonging.

THis is not a yoga retreat that will have you wishing you had bought a felt hat and a flowing white dress before coming... this is a space where you know you can show up as you are and be welcomed into the fold, as a participant and friend equally. A space where you do not need to become someone else to be welcomed.

41 women have already said yes to this weekend.
We are calling in 9 more.

If you've been on the fence... maybe this is your sign.
