Did you know that therapists, chiropractors, physiotherapists and others have recommended their clients to me, both in person and virtually?

More and more people are recognizing how energy healing can complement other modalities, supporting the work they’re already doing. ✨

One of my favourite things to hear is that when these practitioners see their clients again after a session with me, they notice a difference — their clients feel softer and something has shifted. This can further support the work they do with their clients.

Sometimes, supporting people in different ways can make a real difference. Always grateful to be part of that support. 🙏🤍

✨ Do you know who I help?

People who want to be helped. 💜

I help people gain capacity so that their system can get into a place where it can do what it needs to do.

I cannot help someone who does not want help. That is different from not being ready. We don’t ever have to be ready.

Sometimes we just know that we have to do the work, even when it’s hard and uncomfortable, so that we can get to a better place. 🌿

For anyone who needs this today. 💛🙏
