Our focus remains to be providing support and options to anyone facing an unplanned pregnancy or parenting but struggling and wanting a different life for their child. Meet Justin, Derrick, and Silas. Family is at the heart of everything they do, and after welcoming Silas in 2020, they’ve loved every moment of parenthood 💕

Their days are filled with bike rides, homemade pizza nights, playground adventures, music, crafts, and plenty of time outdoors. Whether they’re exploring the mountains, visiting the ocean, or singing together at home, they love creating meaningful memories as a family.

They’re excited to continue growing their family through adoption and can’t wait to share even more adventures, creativity, and love with another child.

Meet Dave and Danielle. A fun-loving couple who believe that the more people who love a child, the better 💙

Whether they’re travelling, fishing, camping in their trailer, or exploring new hobbies, they love making memories together and encouraging each other’s passions. Dave enjoys hockey and woodworking, while Danielle loves tap dancing, creating miniature dollhouses, and helping bring local theatre productions to life.

They’re excited to grow their family through open adoption and welcome a child into a loving, safe, and supportive home surrounded by family, encouragement, and plenty of adventure.

Congratulations to our Executive Director, Sheryl Proulx, on being nominated for the Heritage Park Community Impact Award as part of the Women Making History Awards.

Being recognized alongside so many inspiring women is an incredible honour. While the award was presented to Jane Matheson, social worker, educator, and former CEO of Woods Homes, the opportunity to celebrate the impact of women strengthening communities across Alberta was meaningful in itself.

Hosted at Heritage Park, the event was a powerful reminder of the leadership, compassion, and community-building that help shape a stronger future for all.

We are incredibly proud of Sheryl and grateful for her dedication to supporting children, youth, families, and communities. Thank you to everyone who nominated her and helped make this recognition possible. 💛

Meet Tess, Blair, Clara, and their energetic pup Ryder. A close-knit and proudly geeky family, they love travel, outdoor adventures, board games, crafting, and all things science fiction 🚀

Best friends since their teenage years and married since 2006, Tess and Blair have built a home rooted in kindness, humour, and love. Clara is excited to become a big sister and can’t wait to share adventures, stories, and everyday moments with a sibling.

After years of infertility and loss, they are grateful to pursue adoption and look forward to welcoming a child into a home where they will feel safe, celebrated, and deeply loved.
