We have been busy harvesting, washing and drying our Nasturtium Flowers and leaves since May, and finally have enough to start blending!

This year we blended with the delicious Canadian Pacific Sea Salt!

And ahead of last year's restock date we have 7 jars currently ready!

Inspired by the classic Herbal Tea Blend designed to support women and mothers.☕️🤰

🍃This blend is an earthy and refreshing mix. It combines grassy nettle, rich raspberry leaf, bright, citrusy lemon balm, and a burst of colour and sweet with Freeze Dried Raspberries. It is naturally caffeine-free and creates a soothing, mineral-rich tea.

📝Ingredients: Locally harvested red raspberry leaves (thanks to Nicole Bada-Lynett and Hailey Sanderson), locally sourced Nettle leaf, home grown Lemon Balm and Organic Freeze Dried Raspberries by Wicked Welly Farm & Apiary

Together these ingredients create a drink that supports female reproductive and pelvic health, a natural antihistamine, reduces inflammation, supports urinary and metabolic health, promotes a feeling of calm and assists in digestion.

Social media content is likely the hardest part of this job. Especially with a full time day job and an almost 3 year old!

2026 has brought garden expansions, new products, new business collaborations and so far a bigger yield of flowers and herbs than last year!

Made with our homegrown Rosemary!- Because Rosemary is a staple plant in every Italian household, and you know we bring the plants inside to care for all winter 😉

We are using only the finest Vancouver Island Sea Salt Pacific Canadian Salt to blend with our Canadian grown Rosemary!

Blended in small batches we plan on offering a few different variations.

We have been very busy maintaining our gardens, harvesting, washing and drying as much flowers, herbs and fruits as we can each day!

Making weekend trips to our Mom, Nonna and friends gardens collecting even more flowers and herbs to ensure we can maintain stock of all our favourite products!

We have also been branching out and welcoming new retail locations for you to shop our products in person!

🍃Sage is one of my top 5 favourite garden herbs to enjoy as a tea! I love it's unique fresh taste, and the way it pairs beautifully with Lemonbalm and Lemongrass. These lightly citrusy herbs add a settle lemon zest without the tangy acidity of the fruit. Creating an easy drinking tea to enjoy and Unwind ☕️💕🍃
