Happy New Year!

During this holiday season I hope all of you find time to enjoy the cheer and company of your favorite people and carve out quality time doing what you love to do!

Elrose and Eston clinics will be closed from Dec 22nd until January 4th, 2026. The boys and Brock and I have enjoyed switching gears, leaving the hustle and bustle at home and are looking forward to ringing in the New Year in our favourite destination.

As we approach 2026 I want to share a sincere and heart felt thank you to rural Saskatchewan for supporting my local private Physical Therapy practice 🤍

Your trust, referrals, and encouragement have allowed each clinic location to continue to grow and provide high-quality one-on-one care for adults and children without having to travel far from home. I am grateful for the opportunity to meet and get to know each and every one of you. You trusted me with your time, your effort and your health, and that is something I never take lightly. Your health journey is important to me. For the upcoming year, I am looking forward to helping all of you stay active and continue to meet your personal goals.

So whether you are looking back at 2025 reflecting on the highs and lows or you are ready and excited to step into 2026 - together let’s continue to make HEALTH a priority and may this be your strongest 💪 year yet!!!

Note- this service is offered to the general public ages 8+. Ages 8-13 require a parent or guardian to be present for the testing.

Welcome to the team Tyler Moore!

Tyler is entering into his 4th year at the University of Saskatchewan pursuing a dual degree in Kinesiology and Business. Tyler spent the last year as a student trainer with the UofS Huskie Football team and is interested in the learning more about the profession of Physical Therapy.

We are excited to welcome a local (Rosetown) summer student who will be spending the next 3 months helping us create and develop our Social Media Platform. Tyler enjoys being active and playing all kinds of sports in his spare time. If you get a chance to meet Tyler be sure to ask him about Golf 🙌

Celebrating 3 years in Elrose today!

The expansion into a larger treatment space created a great opportunity to enhance Pediatric services and collaborate with Kaley Dyrland and Lindsay Walker at Simple Joys Occupational Therapy.

There were so many highlights this year. One of my favorite quotes from a client was this, “If you don’t take time for your wellness, you will be forced to take care of your illness”. Special mention to the community members who organized and invited us to participate in the Elrose Christmas Crawl, Parent Empowerment Retreat, and the Concussion Information Lunch n’ Learn at our local library with Courtney Leavins at ProSport Rehab & Fitness.

Working in the heart of a rural Saskatchewan community is very rewarding. We take great joy and commitment in getting you back doing what you love. Your successes are our successes. Thank you for your business support.
