Some early bird came singing in my ear this morning asking about some summer waking up classes!

I’m thinking faster paced “dynamic” movement sprinkled with core stabilizing asanas including inversions to help energize the body and mind.

7am - In Person and Online

Your help is needed… I’m thinking 7am, 60 minute classes Monday through Friday. What’s your thought? Would you want to try it? Which days? Is 7am good for you?
