10 DAYS LEFT IN OUR CHALLENGE!

We’ve passed Marathon, Ontario (ironically enough) earlier this week and are now roughly 1,000 km outside of Toronto.The road ahead is still long, but we’re pushing as far east as we can make it in honour of the Terry Fox Foundation.

Toronto was an emotional send-off city for Terry during his marathon, where 10,000 people lined the streets to cheer him on. So naturally, getting closer to that moment feels pretty special.

If you know a misfit in this challenge, be sure to cheer them on too. Every kilometre counts, every effort matters.

🧘‍♀️ Are you feeling a little dysregulated or left of centre lately? Okay cool, its not just us!

Join every Friday at 11:00 AM for Yoga at Lift Move Fuel.

This class is designed to do more than stretch muscles and improve mobility. Through intentional movement, breath awareness, and relaxation, you'll learn to support a more balanced nervous system, helping you respond to life's demands with greater adaptability and resiliency.

Use this class as an opportunity to reset from the week, reconnect with yourself, and ease gently into the weekend.

As Jess also nears the completion of her Yoga Therapy Diploma, she has advanced her training to further focus on adapting movement, breathwork, and relaxation practices to support a variety of health concerns, chronic conditions, injuries, and individual needs. So don't be afraid to ask questions or request modifications.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or have an established practice, all are welcome.

5 weeks remain... 🇨🇦❤️

Back in April, on the same inaugural kickoff day that Terry Fox began his Marathon of Hope, we started our own mission: to collectively run across Canada by June 28th, Terry’s birthday.

And honestly… The prairie weather has not exactly been on our side. Snow, cold, wind, fake spring, second fake spring. But we think the snow is finally behind us, which means it is time to LACE UP & GO HARD in this second half. 👟 🌞 😎

We have not even reached the halfway point of Canada yet, so yes… there are still A LOT of kilometers left to chase down. 🗺📍

This challenge is open to every single Misfit member. So if your buddy trains at LMF, maybe start asking them: “Hey, I heard about that Terry Fox challenge, are you doing that? ” (we love a little applied pressure) 😉

Because this is more than workouts and mileage. This is a community project. Every class counts. Every run counts. Every sweaty effort moves us farther across the country together.

So keep showing up.
Keep logging those kilometers.
Keep dragging your friends into it.
