We carry free Naloxone kits as part of our Harm Reduction program. Supplies are available during our regular business hours Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm.

Increase in Suspected Opioid Poisonings

Poisonings can happen anywhere, anytime, to anyone. Even if you don’t use often, poisonings can be fatal. If you use substances, lower your risk of poisoning.

- Have a plan in place.
- Avoid mixing substances.
- Carry Naloxone/Narcan kits. Have multiple doses.
- Reach out to mental health and addiction supports and services.
- Test a small amount first. Start low. Go slow.
- Don’t use alone. Stagger use so someone can respond if needed.

This week we celebrate Nurses Week and all the valuable contributions nurses make in a primary care setting. Our nurses have many important roles that are vital for the functioning of our clinic, including assessing patients, gathering health histories, performing treatments such as immunizations, dressing changes, footcare, and developing policies and procedures that guide medical treatments.
