Healing Hands, RMT

Happy Saturday to everyone 🌞 I just want to send a little note out to all of our Healing Hands Family: the materials are in for our Salt Room, this means my OCD cleaning senses are going crazy 🤪 lol. The clinic is packed with building supplies, and the main area is going to be Reno dirty. Also it will not be peaceful for the next two weeks. This company from Toronto will be working everyday 8-6pm until done. So sorry to everyone for this inconvenience. I was going to bring plugs or something for you, but then thought that’s gross to share 😝. So please feel free to bring your own ear muffs/plugs/ buds or whatever if you need. I hope everyone will understand, and then come and give this wonderful Salt room a try once started. 🤗

✨ Reflexology is not a foot rub. ✨

It is a therapeutic treatment designed to help guide the body back to a deeply relaxed state—where real healing and recovery can begin.

When the body relaxes, stress levels decrease, circulation improves, and the body’s natural healing processes are supported.

👣 Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve your sense of well-being, or simply take time for self-care, reflexology offers a gentle and effective way to support your health.

💜 Great news! Denna, our Reflexology Therapist, will be back in the clinic on June 22.

Appointments are filling quickly, so book your session today and give your body the opportunity to rest, restore, and rebalance.🌿👣💜

🦶 The Power of Reflexology 🌿

Did you know that applying gentle pressure to specific points on your feet can help improve your overall well-being?

✨ Reflexology is more than just a foot massage — it targets energy pathways that connect to every organ and system in your body.

🧠 Health Benefit Highlight: STRESS RELIEF
Reflexology helps calm the nervous system, reduce cortisol levels, and promote deep relaxation. Just one session can leave you feeling lighter, balanced, and more at ease.

💚 Your feet are the foundation — take care of them, and your whole body thanks you!

Denna has openings this week! Book in ASAP as they fill up quickly. 💕
