Summer 2026 Yoga, Pilates Aerial, HIGH Low and Barre with OM Yoga Studio - IN STUDIO & LIVE ZOOM CLASSES

Summer Classes commence Monday July 6th until Monday 31st August 31st. Registration is now open online. This will be an 8 week session. No classes will be held on Monday August 3rd. (8 weeks $120 except Monday Pilates noon 7 weeks $105/no class July 6th)

11:00-11:45am - Yoga for Healing and Rejuvenation (Chair Yoga) with Heidi ($80)

7:00-8:00pm - Vinyasa Flow Level 2 with Kim

OUR Sunshine Summer 6 Class Pass is back for $90 plus gst !!! This pass works ONLY FOR SUMMER CLASSES!
What this means is it will be valid from July 6th to August 30th!!! What is amazing is that this punch pass is a great idea for those of you that still want to attend classes over the summer but don't want to make a commitment to a specific class!! Or perhaps you don't want to commit to 7 or 8 weeks because you will be gone for a week or two? OR maybe you need to escape for an hour to decompress yourself?!?
Works out to be $15.75 a class instead of paying a $19 drop in!!!

It was an incredible two days of leading my very first Aerial Yin and Restorative yoga teacher training!!I am very proud of this incredible group of women and all they have accomplished!

We are thrilled to have Marissa leading Aerial Yoga this year at OM Yoga Festival.
Marissa (Missy) has been a Registered Massage Therapist and member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) since 2012. Missy graduated in Regina, SK with over 2,200 hours of experience from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies. She has continued her education in holistic Modalities such as Thai Foot Reflexology, Thai (yoga) Massage, and Reiki (Energy Work). After attending a yoga retreat in Nicaragua, the love and passion for yoga practice guided her to Yandara Yoga Institute to take the 26 day Certified Yoga Teacher Training (YTT). Entering the feild of yoga not only improving her daily lifestyle, but dramatically changed her health and life goals.

She returned back to Yandara Yoga Institute to take the Reiki Master Training, Yin, Bhakti and restorative YTT. Missy is now a 300hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She looks forward to sharing her gifts to help others in her hometown community for many years to come.

Marissa completely her Aerial Yoga Teacher training in 2022 and is looking forward to combining her practice of thai massage, aerial and sound healing with you!
