To my brother, Lenny...
There are so many things I want to say, but somehow words never feel like enough.
People see me as your caregiver, but before any of that, I am your sister. I always will be.
Walking beside you through this cancer journey has changed me forever. I've watched you fight through pain that most people could never imagine. I've celebrated every bit of good news and felt my heart break with every setback. Through it all, you've shown me what courage really looks like.
I won't pretend I'm not scared.
The thought of losing you takes my breath away because I know that when that day comes, it will take the biggest piece of my heart with it. There will be a part of me that no one else can ever fill.
But until that day, I promise this...
I will keep showing up. I will keep holding your hand. I will keep laughing with you when we can. I will keep crying with you when we need to. I will keep making memories, recording your story, and making sure the world knows the incredible man you are.
Cancer may change so much, but it will never change how deeply I love you.
One day these videos won't just be videos. They'll be your voice, your wisdom, your laughter, and your legacy. They'll remind people that you lived, you loved, you fought, and you inspired.
I don't know what tomorrow holds. None of us do.
What I do know is this: if love alone could save you, you'd be here forever.
I love you, Lenny... more than words could ever say. 💜😭
