Warmer weather is here ☀️ and we often see a spike in injuries this time of year.

Why?
➡️ Doing too much, too soon

If you’re getting back into walking, running, or sports:
• Increase gradually
• Take rest days
• Listen to early warning signs

A little pacing now can help keep you moving all season long 🌿

“Hi there! My name is Elizabeth but you can call me Liz. I am so excited to be joining the wonderful team here at GRP as an RMT! I am new to the profession but look forward to the chance to make a difference in people’s lives. When I’m not working you will find me usually with an animal of some kind whether it be a horse 🐴, my pup Lexa 🐕‍🦺 or my two baby guinea pigs 🐹. Big thank you to Hilary and Mark for their support and warm welcome!”

Congratulations to Paul, the team’s vote this quarter!

Our patients love Paul and it is easy to see why - he is always friendly, upbeat and takes the time to make a connection with each and everyone of his patients. He is always willing to step up and help out either around the clinic or making time in his schedule to see a patient in need. Here is what our team members have to say about Paul!

“I believe Paul deserves team member of the quarter. He consistently goes above and beyond always extending his day to accommodate people who need it. Paul is very thoughtful about adjusting his schedules to ensure everyone gets the care they need, making sure the team is happy and patients are always treated. He also is great at forming connections with patients; making each person feel seen and valued.”

“He is always meticulous in ensuring everything is wrapped up properly during closing and always helps to complete the tasks before he leaves. His dedication and kindness make him a standout team member. “

“He is thorough, efficient, and always pleasant to be around 🙂He is always open to adjusting his schedule where needed to get patients in.”
