Double cleansing is one of the simplest ways to improve your skincare routine. ✨

The first cleanse helps remove SPF, makeup, and surface oils.
The second cleanse helps clean the skin itself.
Think of it this way: the first cleanse removes your day, the second cleanse cleans your skin.

Healthy skin starts with a clean foundation. 🤍

One of the most interesting things about microneedling is that the treatment itself is only the beginning.

Immediately after treatment, your skin enters repair mode. This natural healing response is what signals the production of new collagen and elastin.

Over the following days, your skin focuses on recovery and renewal. Any redness begins to subside, and the surface of the skin starts to normalize.

In the weeks that follow, new collagen production ramps up. This is where the real benefits of microneedling begin to develop beneath the surface.

Over the next several months, your skin continues remodeling and strengthening itself, helping improve:
✨ Fine lines and wrinkles
✨ Acne scars
✨ Skin texture
✨ Pore appearance
✨ Overall skin quality

This is why microneedling results continue to improve long after your appointment is over.

Three weeks. One treatment.

One of the most rewarding parts of microneedling is that the results continue developing long after the appointment is over.

In these before-and-after photos, you can already begin to see improvements in skin texture, overall radiance, and the appearance of fine lines. What you’re seeing is your skin’s natural healing response at work.

And the exciting part? At three weeks, the collagen-building process is still ongoing.

Healthy skin is built through consistency, patience, and supporting your skin’s natural ability to renew itself.

One of the most common questions we get after microneedling is:
“Is the redness normal?”
Absolutely. ✨

Immediately after treatment, it’s common for the skin to appear pink or red, similar to a mild sunburn. This is a normal part of the skin’s healing response and one of the first signs that the rejuvenation process has begun.
Microneedling works by creating controlled micro-channels in the skin, which stimulates the production of collagen and elastin as the skin repairs itself.

Most redness improves significantly within 24-72 hours, depending on the individual and the depth of treatment.
While the redness fades quickly, the real work is happening beneath the surface as your skin begins rebuilding and strengthening itself over the weeks that follow.

Microneedling can be an incredible tool for improving skin texture, acne scars, fine lines, and overall skin health, but your results don't just depend on what happens during the appointment.

Three common mistakes that can slow your progress:
☀️ Skipping SPF
Your skin is more vulnerable to UV damage after treatment, and sun exposure can interfere with the healing process.
💧 Not following aftercare instructions
The days following your treatment are just as important as the treatment itself. Proper hydration, gentle skincare, and avoiding unnecessary irritation help support optimal healing.
⏳ Expecting one treatment to do everything
Microneedling stimulates collagen production, and collagen takes time to build. The best results typically come from a series of treatments and consistency over time.

Healthy, resilient skin is built through a combination of professional treatments, good home care, and patience.

Your skin is a long-term investment, not a quick fix. ✨

Microneedling series on my mom!

This is the 1st session. Follow along as we do a series of 6.

Her skin has been properly prepared with consistent homecare prior to starting this series. There are many factors that need to be considered when determining likely results. Lifestyle, habits, food, water, sleep, skincare etc all make a huge difference ✨️

Looking forward to having you all along for the journey!

If you have oily skin, your first instinct might be to dry it out.

The problem is that when skin becomes dehydrated, it often responds by producing even more oil in an attempt to protect itself.

That’s why oily skin can sometimes show up alongside breakouts, congestion, redness, flaking, and makeup that just won’t sit properly.
The goal isn’t always removing more oil. It’s creating balance.

This is one of the reasons Environ places such a strong focus on supporting the skin barrier and maintaining healthy hydration levels while still addressing concerns like excess oil, congestion, and breakouts. Healthy skin functions better, and when skin functions better, it often looks better too.

Your reminder to book the appointment you’ve been thinking about

A little time to yourself isn’t a luxury. It’s part of taking care of yourself.

Whether it’s a facial, a lash lift, a brow appointment, or simply an hour to slow down and recharge, sometimes the best thing you can do is finally move yourself to the top of the list. ✨

The truth is, the habits that have the biggest impact on your skin aren't usually the most exciting.

They're the things you do consistently.
✨ Prioritizing sleep so your body has time to repair and recover.
✨ Staying hydrated and protecting your skin daily with SPF.
✨ Managing stress and supporting your overall wellbeing.
✨ Following a consistent skincare routine instead of constantly starting over.
✨ Leaving your skin alone and resisting the urge to pick.

Professional treatments can absolutely help accelerate results, but the foundation of healthy skin is built through the small choices you make every day.
The best skincare routine is the one you can stick with.

Because when it comes to healthy skin, consistency will always outperform perfection. 🤍
