Highland Heights Dental Hygiene is a professional dental hygiene company that began operations January 2016. Unlike a typical dental office, Highland Heights will provide a unique experience in Dental Hygiene Care. hland Heights is the result of the Ontario Government passing amendments to the Dental Hygiene Act contained in Bill 171, which removed the restrictions that tie a Dental Hygienist to the Dentist. This has allowed Hygienists the freedom to provide dental hygiene therapy outside the traditional dental office setting, and without restrictions or limitations. Although the primary services will be professional teeth cleaning, the clinic will also offer professional teeth whitening, custom mouth guards and denture care. The location of the clinic is at the Flesherton Commons (Former Delphi), 774310 Highway 10 Flesherton. It is the intention of Highland Heights, to become an integral part of the health care system, providing an improved access to care and affordability for all clients. We are all aware of the effects oral health has on overall health, and with this improved access to care and affordability, a difference can be made on the strain currently on our health care system.
