Hi there, April's booking calendar is now open. I also want to let everyone know that I will be retiring from my massage practice at the end of 2026. The end of this year will be 24 years as a massage therapist, and it has been a great run! I find as I am getting older, it is getting harder and harder to maintain both my day job and my evening business, and over the holidays I have found an increase in personal time to be more and more appealing. So I am taking my own advice and will be making time to enjoy more of my hobbies and getting out more. I want to thank you all for being such amazing clients, and I look forward to helping you over the next 10 months.

I will be putting on an 8 week Pain Management Class for chronic pain starting on Tuesday February 3 from 1:00-2:30pm. The class will run every Tuesday until March 24 and will be held at The Primary Health Care Centre in Flin Flon. The only criteria is that you must have had chronic pain for at least 4 months and must be 18 years old or older. You do not need a Dr. referral and it is open to MB and SK residents. The class helps people to better understand why they may still have pain, helps to change your relationship with pain and discusses non-medicinal methods of pain reduction. Registration is required for this class and can be done by contacting me at Primary Health at 204-681-3126 or by email at [email protected].
