🌻 Sometimes the lesson isn’t that the circumstances need to change. It’s that you do.

In her work, Dolores Cannon reported that the Higher Self can bring us back to experiences that still have something to teach us. The pattern may continue until we understand what we’re being shown and choose differently.

Then something shifts.

The same circumstance appears, but you respond from a new level of awareness. The loop ends. Growth begins.

And sometimes, that one different choice is the beginning of a quantum leap: a profound shift that opens the door to exponential growth and an entirely different experience of life.

THE HARDEST PART OF HEALING

Healing is not always gentle.

Sometimes, it asks you to question the parts of yourself you believed were simply who you were.

Sometimes your constant calm was a way to avoid feeling.

Sometimes your need to do everything alone was a way to avoid being hurt again.

Sometimes perfectionism was less about excellence and more about feeling safe.

Healing is grieving the version of yourself that did whatever it could to survive.

And even when that version protected you, letting it go can still be one of the hardest things you’ll ever do.
