✨ Read This If You’re “Fine” ✨
It’s the automatic response, isn’t it? When a friend asks how you’re doing, or when you check in with yourself at the end of a long day 😮💨
“I’m fine”… it means you’re managing. That the balls haven’t been dropped, the routine is moving forward, and you’re “keeping it all together” 🌀
But if you look a little closer, what does “I’m fine” actually mean? 🔍
Usually it means you’ve just become incredibly skilled at adapting to your own exhaustion. It means you’ve accepted the background noise in your mind as normal, and the tightness in your chest as just part of the daily grind. You’re not thriving, you’re just functioning at a very high level on a very low tank 😔
And that’s the tricky thing about being “fine.” It feels safe enough to stay there. It allows you to keep saying, “I’ll rest next week,” or “I’ll focus on myself when things slow down.” But deep down, your spirit knows the truth 🤍
It knows that waiting for a perfect moment usually just means choosing to carry the heavy things for another month 🗓️
If you stay “fine” for too much longer, you forget what it actually feels like to be truly grounded, deeply rested, and entirely at peace 🌿
