In my experience alot of clients have a tender thymus reflex on their foot.
The thymus reflex point on the foot is often tender because the thymus gland governs your immune system and reacts directly to stress, allergies, and illness.
In reflexology, sensitivity in this area typically indicates that your body's immune or endocrine systems are working hard or are currently out of balance.
The thymus is highly sensitive to stress; it responds to high cortisol levels by shrinking and going on "high alert," which makes its corresponding foot reflex more sensitive to touch. 🦶🏼
