I’ve fallen behind my 645 workout group because I can’t seem to get my head outta my ass and keep it out… the girls who I’m supposed to be coaching are lifting me up right now and I’m very very grateful.
It’s really one of the best things about Team Beachbody… the community.
I got my workout done this morning for first time in over a week (again), and I’m going to focus on nutrition and water today.
New day, new start… happy Monday friends!

“ it doesn’t have to be perfect, you just have to start.”
For anyone that’s been following me for a little bit, you will know that I’m struggling. My dad is sick, and I’m not dealing well with that.
Eating a lot of junk, missing workouts; it all adds up to feeling like crap.
So I’m going to take this one day at a time, and even though it wasn’t perfect, I did push play and I do feel better.
Grateful to and for the push this morning.

It’s been a hot minute. I don’t even remember my last workout, it’s been a few weeks. Today was an enjoyable workout, and I’m glad I got it done before work. I’ve gained a lot of weight and morning workouts keep me more accountable throughout my day.

I can feel the two week break… but I know if I stick to it, I’ll be back feeling stronger in a week!

I know, I know. MIA for a bit… been struggling a bit with my exercise (which hasn’t happened in two years) and my nutrition (which is an always everyday battle)…
But…
I’m still here. I restarted 30 Day Breakaway today after work. While I physically feel like puking 🤢, mentally I feel good.
If you’re struggling, just know you’re not alone. We’ve GOT this!
